M city condo is the joint venture Rogers Real Estate Development Limited and Urban capital Property Group. This project is still in registration phase. This condo project is located at Burnhamthorpe road and confederation Pkwy. The construction is said to get started somewhere in late 2017 and master planned community will have 10 towers with 2 acres of park.
